Macpherson Gloss is a gloss finish that contains high levels of VOCs and is based on solvents. It is designed for both interior and exterior use. By utilizing alkyd resins of exceptional quality, this finish maintains its freshness for an extended period of time. It offers a robust and durable high sheen finish for both wood and metal surfaces, providing a washable surface that is resistant to knocks and scuffs. One of the advantages of Macpherson Gloss is that it can be applied directly onto most previously painted surfaces without the need for an undercoat. However, on new surfaces, it is recommended to apply it over a suitable primer and undercoat for optimal results. For application, it is recommended to use a bristle brush, which can cover an area of up to 15 square meters per liter. The finish becomes touch dry within 4-6 hours and can be recoated after 16 hours. It is advisable to apply two coats for the best outcome.
